Peggy DePass

Years Coaching: 11 years

I have been involved with gymnastics my entire life. I grew up a competitive gymnast in Rock Hill and was a cheerleader through high school. I coached gymnastics in Columbia while earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design at the University of South Carolina. I have taught all recreational and speciality classes and coached Excel Bronze, Silver, and Gold. I have five children, all of whom  have taken gymnastics. My youngest daughter, Wellesley, is currently a level 10 at Rock Hill Gymnastics and inspired the desire to own the gym. My oldest daughter, Amelia, is currently a junior at USC but during her summer and days off, she works at RHG as a substitute coach and special events. My oldest son, Hamilton, is assistant director of our After School Program and Summer Camp.

Years Coaching: 17

I have been coaching gymnastics since 2003, starting at the recreational level and quickly moving to the competitive team. I, along with my husband, have coached dozens of State and Regional champions in the levels 3-10. In my spare time, I love hanging with my kiddos and going to Crossfit to stay healthy. Leading by example is very important to me.
